1. Agreement
By buying a plan or using GuruGyan Tax Training at nextych.in (“the Service”), run by GuruGyan Consulting (“we”), you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
2. The Service
The Service is online training in tax return preparation using fictional case studies. It is educational only. It is not tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not prepare, review or file real tax returns.
3. Your Account
- Each plan is for one named person, logging in with one email address.
- Do not share your login or let others use your access. We may suspend accounts that are shared or misused.
- Keep your email account secure, because login codes are sent to it.
4. Payment and Access
- Access starts when we confirm your payment and lasts 12 months, unless the plan says otherwise.
- Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change for future purchases.
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
5. Your Licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own learning during your access period. You may not copy, resell, republish, record for distribution, scrape, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Service or its content.
6. Our Content
The software, case studies, explanations, answer sheets, videos and design are owned by GuruGyan Consulting and protected by copyright. IRS forms themselves are U.S. government works in the public domain.
7. Fictional Data Only
You must not enter or upload real people's tax information, including real Social Security numbers. Use fictional names and SSNs starting with 000.
8. Accuracy
We work hard to keep calculations and explanations accurate for tax year 2025, as listed in Scope & Assumptions. Tax law changes and some rules are simplified, so the Service is provided “as is” without any guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Always rely on official IRS guidance or a qualified professional for real returns.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make about real tax matters.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown on this page; we will tell active students about significant changes.
12. Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. We will always try to resolve concerns informally first, so please contact us.
